REGISTRATION DEADLINE: March 23, 2007

If space remains, registration will be an additional $25.00 if post-marked on or after March 24 and at the door.

Early registration is encouraged because space is limited. No telephone registrations will be accepted. Refunds will not be granted to anyone who registers but fails to attend the conference or who cancels after March 23, 2007.

Registration options are through PayPal or US mail (instructions below online registration). Please choose the appropriate registration fee from the options listed for online registration below. Conference fee includes continental breakfast, buffet lunch, and materials. The evening party is an additional $20.00. Please provide your name as it should appear on your name badge.
