The 2020 Urbanism Awards celebrate the people and projects that create great places.

We are looking for projects that contribute to New England's walkable, sustainable, and equitable places.

CNU NE is dedicated to creating and sustaining places that people love – and one of the best ways we can advance our mission to spread better urbanism in New England is to promote projects that are making a difference. The 2020 Urbanism Awards Jury carefully reviewed a record number of submittals and recognized the following projects that contribute to walkable, sustainable, and equitable places. Projects included a range of scales from regional to a neighborhood, to the block, building, and street. This year, we especially sought to shed light on projects, initiatives, and partnerships that demonstrate excellence and courage in enabling social diversity and cultural variety.
